Metro AG is a globally operating retailer and wholesaler in the food sector, with a turnover of over EUR 30 billion.

We developed a new B2B store solution using Spryker for the core markets in Russia and Romania. To support this, we built and trained the "Trader Team," integrating them fully into METRO.digital, including the Product Owner and Technical Lead roles. This team eventually took over from the external agency that had been leading the development.

bonprix is a global fashion company operating in over 16 countries, with a strong presence across Europe and North America.

We supported bonprix’s management team in modernizing their e-commerce technology stack.

Helm AG is a leading global distributor of chemicals, crop protection, fertilizers, and pharmaceuticals with over EUR 8 billion in sales.

Fabian co-founded Spryker in 2014 and served as its CTO, leading core development and designing its modular architecture. Tim has managed major Spryker implementations for enterprise clients including Takkt AG, Swisscom/Coop, Bosch, and Metro, helping establish Spryker as a leading commerce platform.

Rocket Internet is a Berlin-based company builder specialized in launching and scaling tech startups across various sectors globally, like Zalando, Hello Fresh and Delivery Hero

Fabian and Tim both served as CTOs at Rocket Internet (in 2011 and 2020). During this time, we developed flexible e-commerce platforms for the company builders, enabling them to rapidly launch dozens of shops worldwide. Additionally, we recruited and trained development teams for both company builders, as well as IT teams (including CTOs) for various ventures - some of which have become market leaders in their regions.
